Gregor Schäfer Dairy Consulting was founded 2003 by Gregor Schäfer from Bavaria, after working 25 years in dairies in Germany / Goldsteig / Danone, Switzerland and U.S.A / Yocrunch, producing cheese and other milk products, as supervisor and department chief in plants processing up to 3 million liters milk / day.
Since 2003 working as freelance consultant for milk processors around the world in technology transfer, commissioning of dairy plants from 1000 liters milk / day, up to 500000 liters milk / day. Working also in international projects in planning of dairy processing units from small to large, the analysis of milk chains, to support growing milk industries in Europe and abroad and of course the technology consulting for sour milk products and cheese.
Technical cooperation in several countries in issues of analysing the milk chain, improvements and training is focussed for future plans. Some Projects have been finalised with sucess in cooperation with government organisations and subcontractors.
